The Technology department ensures reliable, secure, scalable and cost-efficient delivery and operation of IT services across the entire SRG SSR value chain.
Your mission
The National AI Service Team integrates and develops AI services and operates the central AI infrastructure that serves as their backbone. This unified infrastructure enables the reusability of AI services by providing standardized and easy access to them across the organization. The team also integrates third-party AI solutions and services and develops its own AI services on the common platform. In addition, they provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful implementation of AI initiatives throughout the organization.You will work in an interdisciplinary, nationwide, and agile team, using a modern technology stack in the cloud.

- Define and drive the product vision for the unified AI infrastructure and national AI services in alignment with organizational objectives
- Identify, structure and prioritize requirements for AI services (including LLM-based services, RAG components, APIs and third-party integrations) in close collaboration with stakeholders, architects and engineers
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring transparency, clear prioritization and alignment across regions and teams
- Steer the evolution of the AI platform and service portfolio, balancing innovation, scalability, security and operational reliability
- Act as the central interface between business stakeholders, AI service consumers and the development team to ensure sustainable adoption and measurable value creation
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner in digital products, preferably in the field of AI
- Strong understanding of modern cloud-based architectures, APIs and AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, RAG, vector databases), enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements and stakeholder-oriented communication
- Structured, analytical and outcome-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
- Business-fluent English and solid spoken and written German or French to operate effectively in a national context
