The Technology department ensures reliable, secure, scalable and cost-efficient delivery and operation of IT services across the entire SRG SSR value chain.
Your mission
As a member of the Bakerstreet team, you will develop and operate SRG SSR's Bakerstreet AI platform. Your primary responsibility is the further development and operation of a web-based platform that delivers GenAI applications and AI services, such as LLMs, RAG, and multiple API integrations, to employees across the organisation. Bakerstreet enables the secure and effective use of AI for approximately 2,600 employees and serves as the central AI platform supporting a wide range of use cases enterprise-wide.You will work in an interdisciplinary, interregional, and agile team, using a modern technology stack (Java Spring Boot, Angular/PrimeNG, and various AI services). You will collaborate closely with the SRF product manager and Superusers of the platform.

- Design and implementation of new use cases and features, as well as ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the Bakerstreet AI platform
- Ensuring scalability, security, and operational stability through the use of state-of-the-art cloud technologies
- Optimisation and seamless integration of AI services, including LLMs, RAG, and API-based integrations, within Bakerstreet
- Continuous development of the platform architecture and technology stack in close collaboration with the team
Your profile
- Several years of experience in developing and operating complex applications using Java Spring Boot and Angular (PrimeNG), combined with a strong sense for design and user experience
- Practical experience with GenAI technologies and the implementation of enterprise-grade cloud applications
- Hands-on, pragmatic working style with strong expertise in solution design and software architecture
- Business-fluent English, with solid spoken and written German or French, enabling effective collaboration in a national environment
