Assistant Coordinator Head of Security ESC 2025

The Eurovision Song Contest comes to Switzerland in 2025. With around 180 million viewers, the contest is the music event with the strongest coverage in the world. Join the Eurovision team and contribute to its success.

Your mission

For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for an Assistant Coordinator Head of Security from October to the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Security team, your tasks will be the following:
  • Coordinate security players internally (with other ESC departments) and externally (Host Broadcaster, Host City, service providers, etc.),
  • Manage team agenda and deadlines,
  • Drafting and formatting reports and minutes (Excel, Word, PPT, plans, photos, etc.),
  • Keeping records in the event of a crisis,
  • Manage statistics,
  • Coordinate actions in the field of safety.

Your profile

  • Experience in crisis unit secretarial work (keeping minutes) is required, as well as keeping a team diary and secretarial and analytical work
  • Experience in the area of physical security (safety/security) and/or cybersecurity would be an advantage
  • Good IT skills and project management experience
  • Integrity, flexibility, sense of confidentiality and ability to propose solutions
  • Team spirit, commitment and loyalty
  • Spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken French and German is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Rigour and great resistance to stress
