The Eurovision Song Contest comes to Switzerland in 2025. With around 180 million viewers, the contest is the music event with the strongest coverage in the world. Join the Eurovision team and contribute to its success.
Your mission
We are looking for a Event Coordinator for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from January to the end of May 2025 (January - February 50%, March - May 100%). As part of the ESC Event team, your tasks will be the following:- Support organisation of catering and hospitality programme
- Coordinate transportation & accommodation with Host City
- Support the entire project team with different administrative tasks
- Coordinate Event Department with other SRG departments (production, show, finance etc.) and Host City
- Complete event-related tasks that will arise closer to the event
Your profile
- You have completed a degree or continuous training in project management or similar
- You have several years of experience in project coordination and planification of big events
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and German
- You have excellent knowledge of MS 365 (particularly SharePoint)
- Very independent, flexible, proactive and reliable, you respond well to stress and have great organisational skills
- You are very motivated by the job as part of a temporary and challenging project
