Your mission
We are looking for a Production Manager for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from February through to the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Contest team, your tasks will be the following:- contribute to the production plan;
- prepare and set up the Eurovision intranet to share information from the production team with delegations and vice versa;
- organise, plan and execute speed dates and HoD meetings in March;
- liaise with the tech department, props department, content department etc. to gather costs and planning for performance execution;
- manage quoting and invoicing to all delegations;
- act as coordinating contact with the delegations for logistical matters from March onwards;
- handle the logistics with the stand-in artists for the stand-in rehearsals;
- work on accreditations for the ESC Contest team
Your profile
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
- You have strong IT skills
- You have experience in live TV production and/or live music events
- You have good social skills and enjoy interacting with different people
- You have a confident personality and are not afraid to challenge the unknown
