Production Manager ESC 2025

The Eurovision Song Contest comes to Switzerland in 2025. With around 180 million viewers, the contest is the music event with the strongest coverage in the world. Join the Eurovision team and contribute to its success.

Your mission

We are looking for a Production Manager for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from February through to the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Contest team, your tasks will be the following:
  • contribute to the production plan;
  • prepare and set up the Eurovision intranet to share information from the production team with delegations and vice versa;
  • organise, plan and execute speed dates and HoD meetings in March;
  • liaise with the tech department, props department, content department etc. to gather costs and planning for performance execution;
  • manage quoting and invoicing to all delegations;
  • act as coordinating contact with the delegations for logistical matters from March onwards;
  • handle the logistics with the stand-in artists for the stand-in rehearsals;
  • work on accreditations for the ESC Contest team

Your profile

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
  • You have strong IT skills
  • You have experience in live TV production and/or live music events
  • You have good social skills and enjoy interacting with different people
  • You have a confident personality and are not afraid to challenge the unknown
