Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Security Manager Main Venue from 1st December 2024 to the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Security team, your tasks will be the following:- Carry out a full assessment and put in place all the necessary preventive measures to minimise risks and threats;
- Take part in designing the safety plan in collaboration with the host city and particularly with the teams of the concert hall and their providers ensuring security/safety (and potentially other tasks);
- Produce and supply technical and operational documents and act as a point of contact for all questions relating to your role;
- Manage and monitor incident reports;
- Build a climate of trust with your colleagues and provide training on the safety measures to adopt;
- Take part in ensuring safety at the event.
Your profile
- An extensive experience in the field of physical security and event security, particularly with a solid knowledge of airport security standards and incident management
- Good IT skills and project management experience
- Integrity, flexibility, sense of confidentiality and ability to propose solutions
- Excellent team spirit, good communication skills, ability to work with different people in a complex environment
- Spoken and written English and German. French would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Rigour, commitment and great resistance to stress
