Your mission
We are looking for a Viewing Room Assistant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, to work for a temporary period from March through to the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Contest team, your tasks will be the following:- assist the Viewing Room Director in their day-to-day work;
- coordinate day-to-day contact with all delegations regarding creative development, quotes for props, follow-up on payments, sharing information with the rest of the team and contact with the EBU;
- note changes in the viewing room during rehearsals and make sure information is shared with all relevant parts of the production team
Your profile
- You have strong social skills
- You are able to work under time pressure
- You have a creative and positive personality
- You have crucial knowledge of stage performances, Live Edit/Cuepilot and camera scripts
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
